Alcohol tincture of St. John’s wort can relieve irritability and increase immunity. To prepare it, you will need 10 tbsp. Spoons of chopped St. John’s wort pour 0.5 liters of alcohol. It is necessary to infuse the mixture only in a dark place. The infusion time is 2 weeks. The finished potion must be filtered, store in a dark-colored bottle.
