Lemon balm tea is considered a good sedative. It should be consumed at least 2 times a day. You can also prepare an infusion from the leaves of this plant. This requires 3 tbsp. Pour tablespoons of chopped lemon balm leaves with a glass of boiling water and simmer in a water bath for about 10-15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, cool, and strain the infusion. Drink 100 ml twice a day.

Nervous tension perfectly relieves angelica tincture. It is prepared like this: 10g of the root and 30g of the green part of the plant are crushed and poured in 500 ml of white wine. The mixture is infused for a day, sometimes shaking. Over time, the tincture is filtered and consumed twice a day for a quarter of a glass.

An infusion prepared from the following collection will help relieve fatigue and nervous tension: mix  2 parts of lemon balm, chamomile flowers, valerian root, and buckthorn, add 1 part of hop cones and mint to them. A glass of boiling water will need a tablespoon of the collection. The remedy should be infused for at least 2 hours. It should be consumed 4-5 times a day, 50 ml.

Alcohol tincture of St. John’s wort can relieve irritability and increase immunity. To prepare it, you will need 10 tbsp. Spoons of chopped St. John’s wort pour 0.5 liters of alcohol. It is necessary to infuse the mixture only in a dark place. The infusion time is 2 weeks. The finished potion must be filtered, store in a dark-colored bottle. As a sedative, 5 ml of the tincture is diluted in 100 ml of milk. Consumed as needed.

Heather tea will also help normalize the nervous system. A dried plant’s pinch is poured with boiling water and consumed throughout the day as ordinary tea for its preparation.
