What To Eat So You Don’t Get Nervous

The functioning of certain organs occurs with the participation of certain substances. Here, the normal operation of the central nervous system (brain and including) is impossible without magnesium and B vitamins.. Here is how to maintain a sufficient level in the body of these vitamins and what foods should eat, said Elena scrolls naturopath.

Please note; the meridian connected to the brain passes through the liver, and the whole spectrum of B vitamins is synthesized only by a healthy intestine. Thus, the first condition for normalizing the level of “nerve” substances in the body is improving the liver. If it is established, then the functions of the intestines are automatically improved and the entire gastrointestinal tract, on which the full assimilation of magnesium and B vitamins from food depends.

Poppy in the morning, hemp in the evening

Include poppy oil in your daily menu (1 tsp on an empty stomach, fed with any juice); oil (any, unrefined), in which the flowers of black-shaved flowers are boiled over low heat for one hour (1 tsp of strained butter for lunch) and 1 tsp. Hemp oil or milk thistle for dinner. These oils will improve the functioning of the liver and intestines. Also, they are sources of magnesium and B vitamins.

These substances are also found in beans, lentils, and peas. And fenugreek grains will add an appetizing aroma to dishes made from them; they must be ground and added to an already prepared dish. This seasoning also contains magnesium and B vitamins.

Rye compote and chia jelly

Add one cup of chia seeds to half a liter of room temperature water. Soak 45-50 minutes, stir and add lemon or grapefruit juice (to taste); the jelly is ready.
Cook half a cup of rye grains over low heat in one liter of water for 40 minutes. Strain, add honey to taste. Rye can be germinated – so there will be more usefulness since without activation, it will be difficult to give a new life to the grain.

Wet the grains, drain the water, cover with wet gauze, which you moisten as it dries. After 2-3 days, the grain can be eaten. If so tasteless, add herbs to soups (ready-made, not hot). Or you can grind the grains into a paste along with honey, nuts (raw), and dates; eat a bite with tea or spread on bread.

Desserts with bran and caraway seeds

Add bran – to ready-made cereals, yogurt, kefir, or cottage cheese. Anything will do, but buckwheat and rye are rich in magnesium and B vitamins.

The bran can also be blended with a baked apple or sweet pumpkin. And if you beat soaked dried fruits and raw nuts and add bran to them, then you can form delicious sweets from the resulting mass.
