A decorated birthday cake cannot lack a beautiful greeting inscription to be easily made at home and without the need for the pastry chef’s art. Once the cake is ready, arm yourself with tools such as a piping back (or the syringe with a special spout), the parchment paper, a sheet of paper to print, and dark chocolate.
Start practicing with a cake to get used to the right measurements. Search for the lettering models on the web, opting for a black silhouette printed on paper. Then insert it under the baking paper and go over our writing directly on the paper.

To make it, melt the chocolate and keep it at a temperature of 40 degrees, ensure it has no lumps. Take the pastry bag also and insert the melted chocolate. At this point, fix the sheet under the parchment paper and fix them with four pieces of adhesive tape at the corners and on the cake to the size of the cake that we are going to make.
Go over the chosen writing with a steady hand by pressing the bag and trying not to interrupt the movement if it is in italics, but reaching the end of the word as if we were writing with a pen on the sheet.

In case of errors, clean off the chocolate with a paper towel and try again. If you want to practice, try capital letters.
As soon as the writing is finished, all that remains is to let the writing rest in the fridge so that it solidifies and spread delicately on the top of the cake.
