Pasta…500g

Salt to taste

Butter…60g

Flour…30g

Milk…500ml

Cheese…150g

Black ground pepper to taste

Sausage or bacon…150g

Vegetable oil…1 tbsp

Cooking

Boil the pasta until cooked in lightly salted water in about 7 to 10 minutes. Put it back on the colander.

Heat the butter over medium heat in a frying pan. Mix with flour and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and combine with half the milk so that the mass is big enough. Add the remaining milk and stir again.

Return to the stove and cook until lightly thickened for about 3 minutes. Stir in the grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
