Ingredients
Lemons…3 grand
Brown sugar…200g
Dark rum…480ml
Brandy…120ml
Water…960ml

Preparation

Cut off some of the zest from the lemons. Squeeze the juice out of the fruit.
- 2․
Put sugar in the pan, add the zest, rum, and brandy. Heat over low heat.
Be very careful: the mass can ignite.

Pour in the lemon juice and boiling water.
If necessary, add more sugar at this stage.

Bring to a very light boil, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
