Ingredients

  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 2-3 medium cucumbers
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado into large pieces and onions into thin strips. Add chopped parsley, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and stir.

Ingredients

  • 2 fried or baked chicken breasts
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4-1/2 red onion
  • 100 g canned corn
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Cut the cooled meat into random pieces or disassemble it into fibers. Cut the avocado and onion into small cubes. Add corn, chopped parsley, citrus juice, oil, salt and pepper to the ingredients. Mix the salad well.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g peeled shrimp
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g salad leaf mixture
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan put the garlic and shrimp there. Fry the prawns, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a napkin to drain the excess fat.

Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the avocado into large pieces and chop the lettuce leaves. Add the chilled prawns to the ingredients. Season the salad with a mixture of the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 red onion
  • A few green onion feathers
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and clean. Cut the eggs into large pieces, and avocado and red onion – small cubes. Grind the green onions and parsley. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the prepared ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  • 2 avocados (for this recipe, avocado should be cut in half and not peeled)
  • A few cherry tomatoes
  • 80g mozzarella
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
  • “Italian herbs” seasoning – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

  • a little balsamic sauce – if desired

Cooking

Scrape a little pulp from the avocado halves with a spoon. Cut it into cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, cut into quarters, cubes of mozzarella, oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper, and stir. Spread the salad over avocado baskets. Garnish with chopped basil.
